Using Counterly

You must provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure and use Counterly lawfully. You are responsible for the products, taxes, receipts and business records entered in your workspace.

Billing and tax records

Counterly is a record-keeping tool, not legal, accounting or tax advice. You must review receipt settings and comply with the laws that apply to your business.

Offline mode and backups

Offline data is stored on your device and may be lost if browser storage is cleared. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate exports and backups.

Availability

We work to keep Counterly reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product improves.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, upload harmful content or use Counterly for illegal activity.
