This policy explains what Counterly stores, why it is needed, and the choices available to business owners.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we process your email address, business name and authentication information. We also store the products, receipt settings, sales records and feedback you choose to sync.

Offline data

You can use Counterly without an account. In offline mode, business data stays in your browser on that device. Clearing browser storage or losing the device can remove it, so export backups regularly.

How we use information

We use data to operate billing, synchronize your workspace, provide support, prevent abuse and improve Counterly. We do not sell your business data.

Service providers

Counterly uses Convex for application data and authentication, Cloudflare for delivery and media infrastructure, and Hostinger for transactional email. These providers process limited data needed to provide their services.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your workspace is active and as needed for security or legal obligations. Contact us to request account export or deletion.

Security and contact
