How do I connect a Bluetooth thermal printer?
Open your account panel or receipt setup, choose Connect printer, allow nearby-device access and select your printer. Bluetooth printing requires a compatible browser and printer.
Can I use a USB or 80mm printer?
Yes. Select 80mm in receipt settings, then use the system print option for a USB or desktop printer. Direct Bluetooth printing is designed for supported thermal devices.
What happens to offline data?
Offline products and bills remain in that browser's local storage. They can be lost if browser data is cleared or the device is damaged, so register and sync important business records.
How do I add GST to receipts?
Open Settings, enable GST, enter the tax percentage and optionally add your GSTIN. Turn GST off for businesses that do not need it.
Can I edit starter products?
Yes. Open Catalog and edit or remove any starter item. You can also add your own products, services and categories.
How does password recovery work?
Choose Forgot password on sign in. Counterly emails a six-digit, single-use code that expires after 15 minutes.
How do I install Counterly?
Use Install Counterly from the account panel. On Android Chrome, you can also open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
